Information you provide directly

When you create an account or use our service, we collect: your name and business name, email address, phone number, billing information (processed securely through Stripe), your Google Business Profile URL, and customer contact information you upload or enter for review request purposes.

Information collected automatically

We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referring URLs. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. We do not sell this data.

Customer data you submit

When you upload customer contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses) for review request purposes, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit and use that information. We process this data solely to deliver the review request service on your behalf.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the 5 Star Reach service, process your subscription payments, send automated review requests to your customers on your behalf, send you service-related communications and weekly reports, respond to your support requests, and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information or your customers' personal information to third parties.

SMS Messaging

5 Star Reach sends SMS messages to your customers on your behalf using the contact information you provide. By uploading customer phone numbers, you represent that those customers have consented to receive SMS communications from your business. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days before deletion, giving you time to export any information you need. Customer contact data you upload is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate 5 Star Reach: Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for SMS delivery, Google Analytics for web analytics, and Netlify for website hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their data practices.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@5sr.com. We will respond within 30 days.
